Refund policy

We offer a 7 Days Return & Refund Policy.

You are eligible for a return/refund claim if the product received is the same as you ordered and has an issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer can only return the product if there is a genuine problem with the product. There will be no refund if the product does not meet the customer’s personal preferences or standards.

If a customer requests a refund because the product is not up to their expectations, the company will deduct 25% of the total amount and refund the remaining balance.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Account.

If the product or packaging is damaged due to customer usage, WesternOx.store reserves the right to deduct charges accordingly.

Note: 25% of the total amount will be deducted from the refund amount in applicable cases.
